We always think in ways to find great inspiration to be featured on the blog as well as help people to promote their work. It's quite hard sometimes to curate the amount of work we receive via email and social network links. That was the context that we had in mind when we created RAWZ.

Last Friday we launched our new way for users to submit work for the Daily Inspiration at Abduzeedo. We call it RAWZ or Abduzeedo Raw Inspiration. Anybody can submit their work and we will select some to be featured on Abduzeedo. We also created a logo in Illustrator and then this cool effect in Photoshop, inspired by Tron.

We all love typography and especially the vintage/retro ones. There's something on those artworks that catch our eyes and makes us really crazy about them.

This week’s tutorial we will show you how to create a flaming car. We saw this effect before and it’s quite simple but it’s a good exercise and the result is quite good. You can also apply this effect on other images.

So let’s do that.

A couple of weeks ago I was playing in Photoshop on a Saturday afternoon and decided to create something using hair texture and photos. I was thinking about just text with that but then I had this crazy idea of playing with the Nike Air brand to create the Nike Hair Ad in Photoshop.

Creativity keeps going forward as we encounter some sweet, super creative paintings around the web. This time, we're talking about a superhero that doesn't want to retire to soon and keeps fighting crime whenever his not watching Jeopardy.

It has been a little bit more than six months since I moved to San Francisco, California. As you might know, I am from Brazil so it's quite a big change, however, I've been having an amazing time here, constantly learning new things. That's why I've decided to try something different for this tutorial, a Psychedelic image using Illustrator and Photoshop.

I haven't had the chance to watch Captain America in the theaters yet, however, I've seen the poster all over San Francisco. Every time I see it I think to myself that would be awesome to create that shield in this Photoshop tutorial. This morning I woke up and decided that I would do that :)
