Tommy Touch: Rethinking the retail experience with Tommy Hilfiger

Momkai shared on their Behance a collaboration between the clothing brand Tommy Hilfiger to reinvent the retail experience by placing interactive screens right on the physical display to enhance the in-store experience. There is definitely a cool factor that would eager people to give it a whirl. I would also think this will be a good placement for advertisements of some sort through promotions, branded content and more. I wouldn't see users making transactions, maybe if the technology had a QR code implementation? That could definitely work out but the idea is experimental and rightfully pointing in the right direction. What do you think?

The global strategy team of Tommy Hilfiger invited Momkai to be part of their Store Innovation program. Together we conceptualized and designed the unique Tommy Touch. This in-store digital shopping fixture combines the ease of online shopping with the tactile experience that physical stores bring.
