One of our most popular series is back. The Wallpaper of the Week is happening again due to the incredible demand and pressure from myself and Francois hah! Jokes aside. We have been seeing some really great work, plus taking some good pictures that we think might be great for your phone, tablet or computer wallpapers.
Dale Anne Scogings is a photographer and creative director based in South Africa. We are sharing her photography inspired by the off-world of Cyberpunk and neo-noir culture that we dearly love on abdz.
When I stumbled across the cover image, I remembered since my kid has been asking for a cubic for the past week. They are hard to find in Switzerland! Five Three Five Design has paid a wonderful personal experiments inspired by the craft of 'quilt making'. First, there was the pattern creation and then stylish turning them into 3D.
I keep bumping into Danilo Gusmão Silveira work while browsing Behance. It’s funny because I always think to myself, I need to post about him. But for some reason, or just a billion tabs open, that thought gets lost. Not today. Today, after I saw the awesome dune image, done entirely in 3D I went straight to write the post.
Nawaz Alamgir had some down time and wanted to experiment with some motion design and text animations in After Effects, his plan was to mess around and maybe make one or two designs but he kept finding out new styles and methods and just kept making more and more posters..I stopped at 10 posters... but then 20... 25 okay 30 - he mentions.

Halloween is coming soon, it's that spooky time of the year. Unfortunately enough, from where I am currently living right now, we don't have this 'celebration' per se. But it doesn't mean we can't share about them! Let me share this eerie and abstract illustration series by Mattias Lindström, an artist and illustrator from Barcelona, Spain.
This project really caught my attention because of its visual and abstract combination of colors and fluidity. Titled 'Cosmic Wet Dream', we follow the work of Ross McCampbell, a Portland-based animator, designer, and illustrator. This was a collaboration with the team over Buck Design.
Ariel Palanzone decided to start the year redesigning his branding, making a selection of images and words that define his way of working. The outcome is a simple and elegant branding and visual identity with pristine typography.
I have received news that Noelia Lozano has updated her website with new works. It was quite refreshing to dive into her latest update. For those who don't know Noelia, she is a talented image maker and art director from Spain. One project caught my eye and it was her personal work she did when she was teaching at ESDIR on their 25th day of Design.
I don't why I am into short films lately so I am gonna keep sharing more then. Here I am sharing about this short titled 'Hill's Poochini' and it's a short movie about the relationship between a dog named Poochini and his parent named Camilla. With the flairs of 'Up', we follow Camilla's story as she adopts a pet. It's short but the story takes you in and it's marvelous.

It's been a couple of weeks since the new arrival of the 2021 lineup of Apple iPhone models. However you feel about this year's model, I think the biggest features are the 'cameras and cinematic mode'. Everything else feels more or less the same. Through Apple's majestic marketing content, you get a pretty good glimpse of what the iPhone 13 is all about.
Intercellar is a series of free wallpapers designed 'by accident' by Crtomir Just. I mentioned 'accident' because 'the images are the results of errors in particle simulations'. I think they are super stunning and crispy. We took the liberty to share Crtomir's entire collection and their 'download links'.
When I was surfing on Twitter, I stumbled across this 'tweet' shared by our good friend James White who was reminiscing the early days of 'design internet' and how everything used to be about the pixels and the little details. We became so standardized in our principles that we tend to forget what the 'internet' used to be.
