TianChen Deng is an 3D artist from Shanghai, China with a portfolio of quite beautiful 3D visualizations. For this project TianChen focused on further exploring the texture and lighting in compositions using old Sony devices as inspiration. In a few words, it was an explosive trailer totally worth the wait since we last saw the teaser last year during the pandemic.

HWAL shared this poster design 5 years ago. Yes, you heard it right, it was back in 2015 but it looks as fresh as if it was done yesterday. It goes back to the principle that good design (in this case graphic design) is long lasting. The complementary colors, subtle gradient and beautiful composition are a perfect recipe for that.

Jeffrey Ludlow Saenz with Point Of Reference Studio shared a new branding and signage for the premiere New York Observation Experience. Working with Kenzo Digital, Snohetta and SL Green they created an identity and signage system.
To add some variety to our features, I wanted to share these beautiful & striking illustrations for the Dutch newspaper 'De Volkskrant' by Maaike Canne. What's interesting is that Maaike uses a combination of the iPad Pro and Procreate to create these. I think the results came out beautifully and I love the visual style too.
