We usually post about design inspiration and we tend to focus on the visual side of things. We also understand that design is form plus function in harmony. So for this post we'd love to share a UX design case study highlighting the design thinking framework of empathize, define, ideate, prototype/test, learn and iterate.

SEEQ Agency shared a branding, visual design and web design project for Fresh + Friends. The new Fresh + Friends. brand has to assert itself in an environment of dominant competitors - with a concise, modern design and smart concepts we give the brand an unmistakable appearance.

Janine Heinrichs shared a post with her take on the 36 Days of Type challenge. If you don’t know what that is, 36 Days of Type  is an annual open call for creatives to design one letter and one number each day for 36 consecutive days.

maum studio designed and produced the LIFEPLUS Wellness Kit, which officially introduced the new symbol of LIFEPLUS. The new symbol is the Kenya Hara design. It contains the four essential elements (Financial, Physical, Mental, Inspirational) necessary for a prosperous life of LIFEPLUS as Clock, Tea set, Incense, and Stationery.

YUNGBLD studio shared a branding and packaging design for The Brix. Their story (The Brix) begins with a group of genius chemists using pioneering lab techniques to create the first molecular moscato the world has ever seen.

Sawdust is the work of London based duo Rob Gonzalez and Jonathan Quainton. They have been working together since 2006, which is the same time when we started Abduzeedo. It’s fair to say we are fans of Sawdust since then!

DOC (ISSN: 2766-5267) is an editorial platform that explores meaning in the world of design, and invites digital product designers to expand their references beyond the UX bubble. DOC is also a platform to experiment with what is next.

Andreas Maris shared an illustration and motion design project titled 24 Hours of Summer. As Andreas describes it: Let’s face it - who doesn’t love summer? I surely do and I love the idea and process behind this project.

Dmytro Nedvyha is a designer from Ukraine witha beautiful portfolio of UX work. One of these projects is ProTask, an app concept for a task manager. As Dmytro describes, more and more people want to spend their days productively, and he was inspired by this idea to create such an application.

Daniel Landaeta shared a mobile and UX design project for a mobile application called BoxBird. There is not a lot of information, however there are some interesting ways of presenting UX flows that I thought would be useful for you, at least it’s for me.

Daniel Triendl shared a branding and visual identity project for Votiv Kino. Built in 1912, the Votiv Kino is one of the oldest Viennese cinemas still operating. Guided by the principle of representing the diversity of contemporary independent filmmaking, it is among the most popular art house cinemas in Austria. 

Juan Molinet has an awesome portfolio of illustrations. Juan’s latest work is incredible, with some quite funny stickers for Snapchat and Youtube, however I’d love to share an old one. It was a series of 4 seamless patterns commissioned by Nichelodeon USA.

Kyle Lamond shared a branding and visual identity project for Architecture Fringe 2021. The very first Architecture Fringe opened on Friday 1st July 2016.
