Yaroslav Cherkunov has a solid portfolio and I love looking back and seeing old projects. This one was for the Ukranian Creative Week that happened in 2016. I know, it’s been 6 years since but the work is still inspiring.

Amanda Louisi shared a super stylish illustration and print project titled Anifolius. The name is the same  of these imaginary hybrid and fluid lifeforms. This series consists of 18 arts with symmetrical shapes inspired by the union of the shapes of leaves, flowers, insects and some other animals. The prints will be on sale soon in materials such as cards and posters for decoration.

Todd Huynh shared a branding project that he worked on for Artkey Universe, a creative studio specializing in manufacturing technological handmade accessories with the main product being art mechanical keycaps. The brand's manifesto is to turn desk accessories into works of art through the artist's ingenuity and imagination.

During 2022, KOBU Agency had the opportunity to develop the rebranding of the BRUMA brand, a major taps designer and manufacturer in Portugal. The overhaul of this 30-year old brand included defining its new positioning, tone of voice, concept and storytelling while its logo and visual universe.

David Rindlisbacher shared a graphic design project for /100, an erratic radio show for sound as artistic expression. What is certain in number, is uncertain in form. Conceived by the desire to reunite in one place the ephemeral and intangible condition of otherwise free-floating sound waves.

Jordan Vitanov shared a concept design including branding and UX for what it seems to be a fintech app called ARES. The design seems simple yet quite functional. Reminds me a bit of Robinhood but it’s definitely a great exercise for anyone trying to improve the UX skills, especially with graphs and visualizations.

Stato had the pleasure to work on the CGI for this beautiful piece for the Occitane Immortelle en Provence. Stato’s team worked hard and did lots of research and development to finally get to to create the Immortelle Divine,this beautiful yellow flower that has magic powers on skin.

Meet Isodope  (AKA Isabelle Boemeke): an influencer who advocates for cleaner and more sustainable energy alternatives—primarily nuclear energy— as a solution for the climate crisis. Isodope creates content that educates the masses about how nuclear energy is a clean energy source.

Nidia Dias shared a personal project exploring movement and color using Maxon Cinema 4D and Redshift. The 3D work was also inspired by Rik Oostenbroek and XK studio incredible work.

I will start this review by saying that it has been several years since the last time I used a tablet that’s not an iPad or Android. I mean a digital tablet for drawing. I used to love the Cintiq, it was the most amazing piece of tech and despite the fact that I am not an illustrator, I always found the tool super useful in Photoshop, but it is a bit too big for my needs right now.

Thibaut Crepelle shared a motion design project created for Swile. The project has many contributors but the focus here is on the motion design and branding. Swile is a brand that is bold, friendly and entertaining. This video is the representation of all the aspects of the identity, from the font all the way to the product.

Jonas Daley shared a photography series called Black Gobi. In the region where Haixi and Dunhuang meet, there is a bewildering expanse of black Gobi hills. Qilian Mountains lie to its east and Lop Nur situated to its west. It has a typical plateau landform and due to the high altitude the climate is cold and windy all year round.

Earlier this year Fable&Co embarked on a full rebrand for award winning, London based production company, Hide&Seek. Responsible for crafting transformative films that move people, organisations & the world. The team have very recently had one of their documentaries (The Ten Dollar Death Trip) aired on Netflix.

ATOM63 (You Zhang) shared a series of abstract explorations during their everyday challenge, focusing on the colors while keeping the shapes simple. Some scenes are handcrafted and some are procedurally generated. The results turned out to be pretty interesting and can be used in many areas.

Placebo Estudio shared a branding and visual identity project for Finbull, an investment bureau that was created after finding out a big problem: the general population in Mexico virtually has no financial education. ─Nobody has taught us how to properly manage our money, and let it works for us, instead of we were slaves of it.─
