Our good friend Ben Johnston has shared a cool screenprint for the Pangeaseed Foundation which is a nonprofit organization promoting the culture and environmentalism to further the conservation of our oceans. It's a beautiful cause to promote.

I don't speak Russian but I really like this brand identity and web design project that Vik — shared on his Behance profile for ITO. I don't know exactly what ITO is so I will focus my comments to the aesthetics. There are tons of things that make it worth sharing, but I would definitely start from the simplicity and color scheme.

Olivier Pautot is a 3D designer based in Besançon, France with an incredible portfolio of 3D work, especially, in my opinion, the fun and whimsical character design ones. Minimalissimo is one of my favorite websites, especially for everything minimalist. I love their logo and for my surprise, I found the brand identity project created by Alessandro Scarpellini for it on Behance. It is really nice to see how the different mediums converge to the same aesthetics.

TwoPoints.Net shared a beautiful brand identity project for the New York City architecture firm Dash Marshall. When designing the corporate identity they realized that architecture acts in the intersection of the old and the new, the static and the flexible, the properties of matter and the lives of people.

There are many ways to find inspiration, especially if you are a designer. We tend to focus on visual inspiration, but when I say visual I mean more than visual design, it goes from branding to motion design. Those type of inspiration posts are good for references but for me the one of the best sources of inspiration is books.

It's been again a little while since our last article on Workspaces Inspiration. Usually, I would find my picks via Pinterest but it's not great. The images are pretty low in resolution and the images aren't well credited for our purposes.

Linn Fritz shared a super cool motion design project she did in collaboration with CNN for their new Parallels series about Alcohol. The illustrations are simple, yet very stylish, add some clever and subtle motion work and you have the recipe for an inspiring project. 

Chad Michael Studio has shared such a lovely packaging design for the coffee liqueur titled: Hywilde. Coming with 100% Arabica beans and natural flavors, the client Artist In Residence Distillery must have loved the bilingual typographic approach finish with a 'red-ish' brand logo filled with an accent of gold everywhere.

Pinterest, a social media platform has registered 300 million monthly actives, a 30% increase on a year ago. I personally thought people were not using this platform anymore but they still do, great news for Pinterest.
