Batman is my favorite superhero. I used to be a Superman kind of kid. I remember watching the 80s movies and I think that influenced my opinion until 1989 when Tim Burton’s Batman released. I know this sounds super grim, but in order to help everyone to promote their work, we will start featuring designers from all over the world in a series we call Designer Spotlight.
Until recently, I am finding more and more interested in commercial campaigns that use creativity at its purest. I think it brings another look to our 'quotidien' and always bring a spark of inspiration needed. We are featuring at this collaborative project which is a commercial campaign for website building and hosting company Squarespace.

AKU shared a fresh branding project on their Behance page. It’s the visual identity for the Tallinn Music Week of 2019. I don’t know much about the project or the event but I like how brutalist it is. The folks over at AKU used some primitive objects and animations to create this striking look. It might not please everyone but nothing really does.

Continuing in the same atmosphere with fonts & typefaces, I stumbled across this lovely 'geometric-grotesk' (their naming) sans serif typeface named Cerebri Sans Pro™. At first glance, it's totally a font I would use of any of my 'interface design' projects, they have about 600+ per style and 20 styles.
